Here's something to ponder upon...the protocol or at least the traditional protocol has been for guys to do the asking rite?? I mean that IS the general consensus?? But I mean yeah there are girls who are vely brave and actualy do approach guys and say hey let's go out sometime...blah blah blah...I mean well I have been one of those girls at times...not that I ever use that line...(no seriously!!!) But i guess that was during my so-called 'wild' days where nothing really phased me....and can I just say that is SO not me anymore kekeke...like seriously...I think life has taught me otherwise hey...but I do admire those girls who still do it now cuz I personally know how much guts and courage it actually takes for a GIRL to be the one to do the asking. I don't doubt that guys go through that too the whole sweaty palms, head spinning feeling but believe me when I say it's slightly worse for girls. Cuz well...there's always the fear that the guy would jz simply laugh IN your face!!!! And can i just say it's really NOT very nice!!! Im sure guys do have that fear too :) But yeah...I guess personally, Im still kinda the vely traditional romantic at heart...I like the whole idea of guy doing the asking...(in a romantic way of course!!! keke) and the guy doing the door opening thing...sorri I know that it can sound lame but I duno why...but I like that :) It just kind of signifies something...that the guy respects you and will treat you like a proper lady...the way a woman deserves to be treated even if it's in such a small way. And yeah just tink of the word 'traditional' and whatever pops up in your head...thats it!! :)
On another note, sorri my friend...(you know who u r :P) but not every girl goes flip-flop when a guy asks for their number k!!!! unless of course...its the RIGHT guy..kekeke :P No but seriously, unless it's someone who's a friend already n they actually have a thing for u n under the pretense of 'friendship' they ask for ur number then thats diff...:P But if some guy comes up to a girl in a club n goes n say some cheesy line like...i.e. "are you tired?? the girl respond..no...n the guy goes...well its just that you've been running in my mind all day!!' (this line is courtesy of one of our frens :P) then well...the general reaction would be...girl rolls eyes bk...tinks ur nuts...n will most probably walk away...:P So yeah the chances of that guy getting any girls number is ...i must say...rather slim..kekeke. Ok these are just my thots for the day...need to get bk to studying now...ciao e'one..til next time :) stay kewl !!!
