Just came back from my trip up north with a group of really nice people :) People im glad i got to know so much better this year and esp during this trip. Can i just say WoW!!! First of all, monkey mia...was fantastic!!! well...besides the 8 hr drive, it was really really fantastic...can i just say i've neva been THAT close to dolphins before...and it truly took my breath away. When we were there, there were 3 dolphins in the bay, one was just a baby, and i've got photos, photos and more photos..kekeke. But they were really so amazing...i wish so desperately to be able to touch them but unfortunately didnt get that close. Nontheless....that just made my day :)
We then set off to sea on this boat called the Aristocrat funky name hey but i was a little worried at first esp when i suffer from motion sickness. But luckily we stopped at Geraldton first and got some pills for motion sickness. Anywaz, the ride out to sea was really really great, the sea was exceptionally calm, not too much bumps and rocky waves. And we saw lots of sea creatures and of couse, dolphins. (hence more photos keke ) I dun actualy remember when was the last time i wen out to sea, even though my dad owns a boat...i rarely go cuz well...of the whole motion sickness factor. But im so glad that i wen this time, cuz the sights were during breathtaking. It just reminds you of how wonderful God is, how beautiful His creations are, all of it....not just some..but all. And to be able to just look out at the horizon and think of nothing but Him and just how lucky we all are to be able to experience His work. I feel even more blessed
that i could spend that moment with some really good frens. :) The highlight of the trip was the dolphins...i just cant get enough...wish i could have spend some time with one but i guess there will be other opportunities..i hope :)
Our next stop was Kalbarri, now that was like a mini beach resort...hehe...our place was right next to the beach and on the day we arrived it was sunshine n more sunshine. How perfect is that!!! And at nite, ur surrounded by millions of stars...and can i just say...i was not disappointed by the amount of shooting stars we saw...it was just AWESOME!!! Moments like these, u just wan to lay back and absorb it all...which we sort of did...on our first nite, we all wen down to the beach and brought our towels and just laid back and looked up into the skies and just stood in awe of the beauty in front of us. It was picture perfect. :)
This trip was a truly much needed R and R and im so glad that i went. More than anything else it gave me time away from reality, which i think we all need at times. But also friendships were made and strengthened during this trip. Which im so thankful for. Thank you all for sharing the very special moments and i truly hope there will be more to come :)
Today is pretty much a do nothing day...not good but well cant really bring myself to actually do anything...kekeke...was listening to Ps Prince's final tape on well ...u kno what!! kekeke...and i find it so truly amazing how God works in such wonderful ways. Just as ur pondering away on a question, without even u knowing it, He gives u the answer just like that!! How awesome is He!!! Anywaz...gg to go try and be productive...kekeke yeah rite...no but seriously...shall try :P
